ACIJ - Asociación Civil por la Igualdad y la Justicia's mission is to contribute to the strengthening of democratic institutions, to promote respect for fundamental rights and to defend the most vulnerable groups in society. The Civil Association for Equality and Justice (ACIJ) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that defends the rights of the most disadvantaged groups and advocates for a more robust democracy in Argentina. Founded in 2002, ACIJ aims to defend the National Constitution and the Rule of Law, to promote compliance with statutes that protect disadvantaged groups, to eradicate all discriminatory practices, and to contribute to the development of participatory and deliberative democratic practices.
