Vale la pena comentar el reciente número, de otoño boreal del 2017, de la publicación ReVista editada por el Centro David Rockefeller para Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Harvard.

La mayoría de los artículos están dedicados al boom de las telenovelas que se difunde en América Latina y que son exportadas alrededor del mundo, constituyendo documentos de cultura de masas que muestran la idiosincrasia de esta parte de América.

In September of 2017, Chilean senator Guido Girardi was hosted by DRCLAS. Girardi and DRCLAS Director Brian Farrell signed a letter of intent to collaborate in research on science and technology. En Harvard, el CNS se pronuncia por la dignificación policial

On February 2 and 3, leaders in Mexican politics, economics, and culture gathered for the 2018 Mexico Conference at Harvard, organized by the Harvard University Mexican Association of Students (HUMAS) and the Mexican Caucus (MC) at the Harvard Kennedy School. DRCLAS was pleased to support the conference. Among the many distinguished guests was Renato Sales Heredia, the National Security Commissioner of Mexico, who participated in a panel titled "Security in Mexico: Challenges & Solutions."
