Martha C. Franco is a PhD candidate in education. Her dissertation examines the educational experiences of Central American unaccompanied youth. Broadly, she is interested in examining longer histories of Central American migration to the United States, especially from the perspective of youth. Martha holds an AB in History and Ethnic Studies from Brown University and an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
