Morgan Healy joined the DRCLAS Brazil Office in August 2019 as a Post-Graduation Fellow. Her primary focus this next year will be to lead various education projects associated with DRCLAS, with a particular focus on two projects in early education leadership and education research dissemination. Before joining the team, Morgan spent two months working with the Mayor of Baton Rouge, LA redesigning and expanding the city’s parenting initiative, Cradle to K. She received her Masters Degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in May 2019. In 2018, Morgan was a Fulbright Scholar in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where she taught at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), conducted research about Brazilian parenting beliefs, and contributed to the city's BNCC assessment efforts. Morgan also has experience consulting with local government on bilingual program evaluation and teaching ESL in California, Massachusetts, and Brazil. She received her BA in Secondary Education and History in 2016 from Boston College.
