Plagued by corruption scandals and a series of constitutional crises, Peruvian democracy limped toward the April 2021 presidential election. The country has had five presidents since 2016. Will the 2021 change anything? Four Peruvian analysts from diverse political backgrounds, including two former high level cabinet ministers, evaluate the 2021 election and debate what it will take to get Peruvian democracy on a better path.
